Raila will Defeat Ruto in the August Kenyan Elections for These Reasons: Kenyans are nearly the 2022 polls that are set to be conducted in August. We must admit that the political temperatures in the Country are rising each day. Campaigns are intensifying in various regions as the presidential candidates seek to solidify their votes. Further, coalitions and alliances are being formed daily in bid to unite various regions of the country into strongholds. William Ruto is working hard and similarly is Raila Odinga. Our team on the ground is reporting to us that Raila Odinga is more likely to win than William Ruto for the following Reasons.
1. The Mount Kenya Region is divided, unlike the previous Years.
For the first time in quite some years, the Mount Kenya region that carries the highest number of voters is divided.A portion supports Raila Odinga while another supports William Ruto, Unlike in 2013 and 2017 when the entire region supported William Ruto and Uhuru Kenyatta the outgoing president. It is believed that when Baba gets 30% of the votes in Mount kenya region, he stands a higher chance of winning.
2.The Mount Kenya Foundation Supports Baba.
The mount Kenya foundation is made up of several billionaires who control a large stake of the finances in the country. Almost all of its members are supporters of Baba. To run such a high end presidential campaign, you will need choppers, high output vehicles and alot of funds. Who knows?, the Mount Kenya foundation probably might give a hand.
3. The Kamba Region:
Ruto still remains unknown the Kamba region. All the three current governors of the region are in Support of Raila Odinga. The region might overwhealmingly vote for Raila.
4.The deep state and the Government Machinery.
The fact that the current Uhuru-led Government is in support of Raila Odinga is quite interesting. State support is very neccessary to win an election.
