The man was arrested while selling samosa made from dog meat in the native kipipiri center in Nyandarua county, central Kenya. According to the residents and the people on the ground, the man was known by many for making very delicious samosas and won the heart of many customers who could not resist the taste of his sweet snacks. Actually, the man could not meet the orders as there was such a high demand of samosa’s more than he could deliver.
